HOW TO BOOK BY TELEPHONE
You can book by telephone by calling 44+1456-450168 from
outside the UK; or calling 01456-450168 from mobiles or within the UK. Please check the time difference if calling from
outside the UK and try to call between 9am and 9pm British time. Occasionally our phone
may not be manned, in which case please listen to the recorded message.
Please be sure to have the following
information to hand:
Your credit/debit card.
The full address where your credit card
statements are sent including the post/zip code.
A contact number where we can reach you if
necessary.
Your email address so we can send you your
e-ticket. Note that you can still book without
an email address.
The tour you wish to book.
DO REMEMBER TO SAY YOU
ARE CLAIMING THE 5% DISCOUNT OR YOU WILL BE PAYING THE FULL PRICE. IF YOU
BOOK ON-LINE, THE DISCOUNTS ON LATER DATES ARE LARGER.
Your e-ticket will be sent within 72
hours of making your booking. If you cannot access an email account, the ticket
can be sent by post. Please let us know at the time of booking.
By booking by phone you agree to the following
conditions of booking: If you cancel a booking up to 30 days in advance you
receive an 75% refund. Cancellations between 30 and 10 days of the tour receive
a 50% refund. There is no refund if you cancel within ten days of the tour or do
not arrive at the departure point, but we may give a discretionary partial
refund if there are compelling circumstances and ONLY
if we were able to re-sell the seats. Note that holiday/vacation insurance will
usually cover you for missing the tour through ill health or failed connections
etc. Check this directly with your insurance company.
