We do have a system which diverts our calls to our mobile when on the move, but, as we never keep the mobile switched on when guiding, you may well encounter an answer machine for most of the day. If so do please leave a message so that we can call you back. However, do note that we do not return calls to non-UK numbers owing to the prohibitive cost. Please also note that discounts apply to on-line bookings only. Itinerary variations must be requested by email and will not be discussed by telephone in order to avoid potential mistakes.
